TNCSC publishes on its own site and in Tamil Nadu employment news. “Every month, the TNCSC department will publish more job vacancies in the respective TNCSC industry or office location in the district or state.”
OSCSC has recently restructured — an “Office Order for Restructuring of the Odisha State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited” appears among its notices, alongside provisional and final gradation lists of regular employees.

8. An Honest Observation
Most of what a Civil Supplies Corporation advertises is not recruitment.
A scan of OSCSC’s notices returns: appointment of handling contractors for foodgrain at Rice Receiving Centres in Jajpur, Khordha and Malkangiri districts; transport contractors for inter-district movement of Custom Milled Rice; RFP for an e-auction platform for paddy and rice; vehicle hire for district offices; selection of a Chartered Accountant firm; and quality testing equipment quotations.
These are tenders, not jobs.
For a candidate searching “Civil Supplies recruitment,” most results on the corporation’s own site will be procurement notices. The recruitment advertisements are there — Accounts Executives, in OSCSC’s case — but they are a minority of the page.
The practical instruction: look for “Advertisement for Recruitment of…” specifically, and filter past the tender notices.
And note the opposite point for a different reader: if you run a transport business, a labour contracting firm, or a CA practice, those tenders are the opportunity. The corporations contract out handling, transport, auditing and IT platforms continuously.

OSCSC publishes a “Public Notice on ‘Beware of Fraudsters'” on its own website, alongside its recruitment advertisements.
